Find your flow with Vinyasa yoga by Sjana Elise. This yoga program is suitable to do anywhere, anytime — all you need is your yoga mat. Each week, there are three to four sessions to guide you through strong yoga movements that build strength, stability and increase flexibility. And when it’s time to unwind, the Yin yoga recovery sessions can help you to stretch out and get in tune with your body.
